Spiralforce is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and technical expertise to design functional, visually appealing, and innovative spaces. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to bring concepts to life, ensuring the best use of space and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs and project requirements.
Create mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, and detailed technical drawings.
Select materials, furniture, lighting, and décor to match the design vision and budget.
Work closely with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure designs are practical and feasible.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging design technologies.
Prepare project documentation, including cost estimates, proposals, and timelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Requirements
Requirements & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
Education: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Skills: Strong spatial planning, material knowledge, and color theory expertise.
Communication: Ability to present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in measurements, materials, and finishes.
Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
Bonus Skills: Knowledge of sustainable design practices and 3D visualization software.
